Since no potential difference is applied, the formula for drift velocity we usually deal with is invalid. 
However, by dimesional analysis, deducing a relation between energy and Temp. we get
Energy = 0.5mv2= 1.5 k T (where k is Boltzman Constant)
vdirectly proportional to T.
Choice 3 is correct
