the maximum frequency of oscillation of block should be sucth that its maximum acceleration is equal to g.
So
amax = w2A = g
(2\pif)2A = g
4\pi2f2A = g
4*10*f2*0.25*10-2 = 10
then f2 = 100
SO fmax = 10 s-1.
