If an observer moves in a circular path with a sound source (emitting sound waves at constant frequency ) at one of its center , will the observer experience a change in frequency by doppler effect ?

one can  observe doppler effect if relative position of source and observer changes.

since in this case there is no change in relative position . so observer hear the same natural frequency

Hi, No, because the distance remains constant or in other words relative speed is same. And apparent frequency is dependent on change in distance(which is relative speed dependent). Thank you
