ANSWER
Yes frequency depends upon wavelength.
In case of periodic waves, frequency is inversely proportional to the wavelength.
1.) f = v/w [Here f= frequency; v= phase velocity & w= wavelength]
In the special case of electromagnetic waves moving through a vaccum, then v = c , where c is the speed of light in vaccum, as a result of which the expression further becomes :-
2.) f = c/w
[NOTE :- When waves from a monocrom source travel from one medium to another, their frequency remains exactly the same - only their wavelength & speed changes.]
