Dear praneeth bonu,
Speed of Sound in Moist Air is faster than the Speed of Sound in Dry Air ..
In moist air the particles are much closer than in dry Air .
So when the sound wave passes through, vibrations are going to occur more quickly as the particles are closer together in the first place and collide, hence transmitting the sound wave.
In Dry air, you have particles far apart and so the vibrations and interaction between particles is minimal. It will take longer to transmit the sound wave through air because of this.
Hope you undersstood now..!
All the Best & Good Luck !
