When a light source moves away from you ... the frequency appears to be less than normal frequency..so if E=hv then how does this explain conservation of energy ?

Dear student,

E=hv assuming v is the frequency is the actual energy contained in the photon.

and there is no such thing as an anti photon. if you mean the annihilation of an electron with an anti electron(positron) then the energy would be the combined energies of the 2 particles.
