Acccording to the parallelogram law of vector addition: "If two vector quantities are represented by two adjacent sides or a parallelogram. then the diagonal of parallelogram will be equal to the resultant of these two vectors."
dot product:
In mathematics, the dot product or scalar product (sometimes inner product in the context of Euclidean space, or rarely projection productfor emphasizing the geometric significance), is an algebraic operation that takes two equal-length sequences of numbers  and returns a single number.
cross product:
The cross product of two vectors a and b is defined only in three-dimensional space and is denoted by a × b. In physics, sometimes the notation a ∧ b is used, though this is avoided in mathematics to avoid confusion with the  exterior product

The scalar product of two vectros A and B is denoted by A.B. Because of this notation, the scalar product is also called the dot product.
The vector product of two vectors A and B, also called the cross product, is denoted by A*B

Dear Prabhakar,
parallelgram law of vectors says tha if two vectors are represented by two sides of a triangle then the resultant vector is represented by diagonal.

dear prabhakar. It states that the sum of the squares of the lengths of the four sides of a  equals the sum of the squares of the lengths of the two diagonals.

Prallelogram law of vector addition states that when two vectors are represented by two adjacent sides of a parallelogram by direction and magnitude then the resultant of two vectors is represented by in magnitude and direction by the diagonal of the parallelogram from the starting point.

Dear prabhakar,
The scalar product of two vectores p and q is p.q.This is called the dot product of vectors. the vector product of two vectors p and q is also denoted by cross product (p*q).

if the two vectors represented two sides of the triangle then the resultant is represented by digonal.if two vectors a&b the dot product is a.b,cross product is a*b.

in parallelogram of vectors two vectors are represented by two adjacent sides in parallelogram of vectors the square of the diagonal is equal to squre root of two adjacent sides squares and multiple of two adjacent vectors and multiple of 2cos(theta)(theta is the angle between the two adjacent vectors

parallelogram law is defined as a parallelogram is a (non self-intersecting) quadrilateral with two pairs of parallel sides. The opposite or facing sides of a parallelogram are of equal length and the opposite angles of a parallelogram are of equal measure.
