given greater force is 80kg
And resultant makes 90degree with smaller one 
So assume smaller along X direction 
So the greater one will make 120 degree from X (or 30degree from Y) now net component along X should be zero.
So 80kg(sin (30)) = smaller Force
so smaller force be 40kg weight
