d=(a2-a1).(b1*b2)/mod(b1*b2)

for shortest distance between skew lines we use a formula d=(a2-a1).(b1*b2)/mod(b1*b2)
where a1 and a2 are points from which the given two lines are passing
b1 and b2 are direction ratios of two given lines
