Let direction ratio of line be a,b,c ; as lines are parallel to plane using condition :-
   With first plane -: a×1+b×(-1)+2c=0. ---1
    With second plane -: 3×a+1×b+1×c=0-----2
    On solving 1&2 
      a-b+2c=0.              => a-b=-2c. -----3
     ( 3a+b+c=0. ) ×2   => 6a+2b=-2c  -----4
      From 3&4 
        a-b=6a+2b
        a=-3/5 b
           From 3
            c=4/5b
      Eq of line :- (i+2j+3k)+m(-3/5i+j+4/5k)
