Dear muskan, your very first step itself is wrong.
Note that the only Valid row/column operations which leave the value of a determinant unchanged are of the form:
Ri --- Ri + mRj + nRk where m and n are constants.
Or Ci --- Ci + mCj + nCk
Since you have written R2 --- 2R2 - R1- R3, it is wrong because of the '2' in front of the row on which row operation is being applied, namely R2.
