a vector in plane of b and c = tb + sc = (t + s) i + (2t + s) j + ( – t – 2s) k
 
now its projection on a = 2 t + 2s – 2t – s – t – 2s / sqrt (6)  = sqrt (2/3)
 
now solve for t and s.
then you can check options
