this is simply 0/0 form so apply l hospital rule (bcoz as x tends to zero, the integral in the numerator tends to zero as well as the denominator x^3 tends to zero). note that to differentiate the integral wrt x, we will have to use the leibnitz integral rule.
so, we have Lt x*ln(1+x)/3x^2(4+x^4)
= 1/12*Lt ln(1+x)/x
= 1/12*1
=1/12
