Dear Rajnish
 
Only use dot product, as it will clearly give you the angle.
 
But in cross product you get a vector hence can not find angle simply.

Yah ! surely you can use dot product method to find the angle between any two vectors ....It is easy method also so uae dot product in competetive exams
