Considering the triangle we can use tringometry to solve this problem .
Sin\Theta =R/B
Sin\Theta =(B/\sqrt{2})/B
Sin\Theta =1/\sqrt{2}
\Theta =\sin^{-1} ({1/\sqrt{2}})
\Theta =45\degree
So the answer is (2)

Answer is (2)
