Considering the triangle we can use tringometry to solve this problem .
$Sin\Theta =R/B$
$Sin\Theta =(B/\sqrt{2})/B$
$Sin\Theta =1/\sqrt{2}$
$\Theta =\sin^{-1} ({1/\sqrt{2}})$
$\Theta =45\degree$
