a really easy way to solve this would be to assume the equation of the plane to be
P3: P1+λP3=0, where P1 and P2 are the equations of plane 1 and plane 2 resp.
now since this plane is parallel to the x axis, you shall equate the coefficient of x to zero, which will give you the value of λ, and hence the planes equation
