as per parallelogram law 1 diagonal of a parallelogram represents resultant vector.Then what does the other diagonal represent.

IT REPRESENTS THE DIFFERENCE VECTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as simple as that

Dear Rohit,

when 2 vectors are taken as the 2 adjacent sides of the ||gm by joining their tails at a point then the resultant that is on their common tail represents the sum of the vectors and the vector joining the head of the two vectors represents their difference.both are actually the diagonals of the ||gm.
