You can try the book, "Calculus: graphical, numerical and algebraic", by Thomas, Finney, Demana and Waits .It is almost certainly the world's best book for introductry calculus, vectors and vector calculus, coordinate geometry(INCLUDING VECTORS AND 3-D COORDINATE GEOMETRY), DOUBLE AND TRIPLE INTEGRALS. i ASSURE YOU THAT YOU WILL AGREE WITH ME 100% if you go through this book. At least one or two of its authors are/were faculty at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
