You resolve the components of the force.

Net force in x direction is : p-2pcos60-5p cos60 i

Net force in y direction: 2psin60-5psin60

Resultant will be sqrt of the sum of the squares of the two forces.

       =-2.6p
 
R2=(-2.5p)2+(-2.6p)2
     ,=13.51p2
      R=3.67p
