acos2x + bsin2x = c     …...............1
in equation 1 replace sin2x by (1 - cos2x) and get cos2x .
cos2x = (c-b)/(a-b)     …...........2
for value of sin2x replace cos2x by (1- sin2x) in equation 1
sin2x = (a-c)/(a-b)     ….............3
now tan2x = sin2x / cos2x apply and get the answer
