bits goa cs is far more better option than nit surathkal! though nit is a brand bits is the better one or else the best brand!something which can stand with iit or more than that
if u dont have any financial constraints go for it.

To draw a comparison between two equally competent institutions, it is always better to check out the intake of students in the yester years, the quality of education and the present graph of success there and thereafter the placements and pay scales etc....kepping all these in mind NIT Surathkhal is better...but there can be some other institutions as well in the arena for comparison...I recommend to compare – BMS College of Engg, Bangalore….Jadavpur Uni, Kolkata....Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara....and College of Engg Trivandrum etc.
