Hi Shreyas, you must check UPES-Dehradun.. it is one of the leading universities in India and the only core sector university.. Even .. one of my friends cousin is doing Btech from UPES and he his all ga-ga about the university..  

Hi Shreyas, you can also check UTM Shillong’s website. It offers Btech in automotive designing. Apart from this there are other specialization courses also.It is a good college with experienced faculty and good infrastructure.
