See it depends on what u want branch or iit tag or placemnt 
Considering placemnt mnnit cs awesome 
Considering tag iit bhu chemical 
Considering ur interest in mech or electrical gi for other iits 
 
In my opinion go for 3rd or 2nd if u can work hard for branch change
