BITSAT exam questions are from basics. Many questions are formula based. The syllabus of JEE and BTSAT is almost similar.

For chemistry try to master the ncert. it is like a bible to students who wants to score good in chemistryFor the other two subjects i think doing hc verma and the arihant book for bitsat is Good
