Where does IIT stand in today’s world? A recently uploaded document showed that some Punjab University was in the top 40 universities in Asia whereas the IITs started after 58. Even ISC has been shown above the IITs in some rankings. Students work terribly hard for the JEE and keep these ISCs, NIITs etc. as a plan-B. Is it actually worth working so hard for, not even the second best?
