Did you check your stature as per the counselling rounds? I mean is it the information that you have provided on this platform after your standing in the counselling sessions? If yes then perhaps you may make it thear at Dehradun, but generally the score that you have obtained is not nuch promising.
 
I would better like to guide you to check the details of some otherr chosen one institutions too, you may go for – Jiwaji Uni, Gwalior>College of Engg Roorkee,Roorkee> Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara>BHU, Varanasi
