sir, my jee adv rank is 3310... if i take biotech in iit delhi, is there any scope that i am able to take up mechanical or chemical later on??

I got 2 seats ,one through TNEA counselling and another through JOSAA. Which is best MIT chennai ECE or NIT trichy EEE ?
