I can understand your problem, perhaps you have some financial constraints...but why you did not take any of the tests...you coul have secured a safe place at some government college on the basis of your rank...well, I may guide you to visit some of these listed instuitutions’ official websites and show your inability to afford heavy fees and if your board score is quite good (somewhere between 80-90 percent) then you may probably get some scholarships and hence a lowererd down fee structure, you may visist at –
