First of all, your interest comes first. Which one do you want to pursue? What do you want to do in life? Where do you see yourself after 5-6 years? Depending upon that you must make your own decision.

However, assuming the choice has to unbiased of interest, going to BITS Pilani should be more preferable because of its ‘brand value’. Going to a more prestigious college is definitely an advantage to your profile lifetime.
