I did some research and found the minimum marks in jee mains that you need to obtain is aproximate 120 for general category. So it would be quite dificult to get enter in NIT or other government colleges. But you can look for any reputed private engineering colleges. I have mentioned colleges name according to their rank.

No, Not possible at an NIt, as your score both in board and Jee are not very encouraging, but there are some other renowned institutions where admission can be sought for – 
VIT Uni, Vellore
Lovely Professional university,Phagwara
Orissa engg College,Khordha
BHU, varanasi
