You may get it in bangalore or hyderabad.But in viz its difficult to get ECE and CSE.
So its better for you if you jon top privite universities which provide you scholarships,placement assistance,top infrastructure are

2.Rajasthan Technical University Kota
3.Lovely Professional University
4.Bharathiar University
