I have a fair chance of gettinng CSE in IIIT Hyd (Mains -262 Marks) and in JEE Advance my rank is OBC 1690. Now, i shall opt for IIT or IIIT-Hyd. Please advise me

Go for IIIT Hyderabad. You won’t get CSE in any old IITs and IIIT Hyd is faaaaar better than new IITs and in my opinion, even competes with the old IIts. :)
