Dear student , depending upon your rank it`s not that easy for u to get top NIT`s but u can get lower NIT`s , and that too depends on home state quota. If u belong to Punjab or Chandigarh then u can get in chemical engineering..(please do approve my answer)

After JEE, you can go for B Tech.
