You have to decide on various parameters that which college will be suited best to you.The factors can be academics ,placements and your place of residence. JIIT is in inception from 2001 while JUIT is from 2002. Both the colleges more or less have same market position for ECE branch.Acads part is apt in both the colleges while the final decision lies up on to you.
