MNNIT IT>IIIT A IT >MNNIT Electrical > IIIT A ECE > NIT KURUKSHETRA CSE > DAIICT == PEC == THAPAR ... But you should get MNNIT IT easily going by last year ORCR ... Don''t take civil anywhere , its is a very bad condition across even IITs.
