As the last round of allotment has ended and now the students have to report in their respective institutes, there will be many who wont appear ( who have got admissin in a better place) and their seats will become vacant.

Now what is the procedure to fill these vacant seats??

I am not getting a good option just because of this problem... most students who get a rank deposit the fees and wait till the end to get better option even if they are taking admision in other colleges :(
