My Air is 16580,(obc candidate),ve little chances to get in MNNIT,So which best NIT available to me at my rank? Also,im getting HBTI(ANY BRANCH),what would be better?

NITs are better then HBTI but you may not get admission in MNIT at your rank,

So HBTI is  a better option for you.
