At your rank you should try to get a good college rather than a good course. Instrumentation is a good course. You may get it in NIT Jalandhar. Also you may get Electrical at BIT mesra. Please Rate if useful.
Well, it is better u try for a good institute.. I suggest u IIIT Allahabad IT (or) IIITM Gwalior IT.... they have very good placements... also, they r very special institutes for IT education.. all the best wid ur decision... :)
