Hi i have a general sort of question. when a mnc company comes to a campus n goes for interviews. suppose a student is at one of the top collgs(not iit n not bits) n not taking the case of cs branch, then how do they give the ctc figure. do they preplan b4 dat best student gets xlpa n lowest offer is ylpa or if they see merit they will give higher figure?
