go for NITs ... iit stream accha nahi hogaa ... the entire story totally depends on u bcoz u hav 2 know ur taste for the subject and opt for it.
In IITs your best options are B.DEes in IIT guwahati, B.Arch in IIT Kgp and roorkee. These are good courses in terms of scope and the best part is that you get to become an IITian. But you have to remember these are not the typical engineering courses.
With ur score getting anything good in BITS pilani will be very difficult. Boards marks will not help here.
I dont know what ur rank in aieee will be and which college ull get through uptu so i cant comment on those avenues.
You may get through in Agriculture and food Eng or Quality Design Eng in IIT Kgp.
