i am getting electrical in dhanbad and civil in pilani, which would be better?

dont take any core branch at dhanbad...the ratings are very poor there except petroleum and mining there....and unless you get a cse or tronix at nit a,w,t,s take civill at bits plani but keep in mind that campus placements in civil have suffered a lot due to PSUs backing out of that and preferring gate scores...so if you get upto electrical,mech,or IT in top NITs or BITS then go for it....
