According to my analysis,I will have this preference order if I am given a chance to pick the best among these colleges for CSE Branch.

The Preference order goes like this

1.BITS-Pilani

2.IIT-BHU

3.IIIT-Hyderabad

4.DTU

5.NSIT-Delhi

6.IIT-Hyderabad

7.IIIT-Delhi

8.IIT-Punjab

9.IP Uni

This is the best possible order and I believe that you can completely without any doubt rely on this order for choosing your colleges.
