There are very less chances,As 106 marks is low score, but what’s the rank
first do watch the rank score perhaps you will not get nit rourkela but will be able to get a seat in the best engineering college of odisha!
perhaps you can get a seat in other good engineering colleges of odisha! you must attend the counselling and check it out by yourself. but surely you will get a seat in an engineering college of the state with your choice of stream and on merit basis.
so hope for the best and move ahead!

NO, the cut off list of NITs is quite high, so,you may try at – 
Veer Surendera Sai Uni of Tech,Sambalpur
lovely Professional uni, Phagwara
ITM Uni, Raipur
