I am very doubtful about my iitjee and aieee 2012 rank, so the option i have is manipal, karnatakais the university good?

Kastruba Medical College 3rd best medical college of India. After all, the programmes are UGC and Ministry of HR approved. The university uses technologies like VSAT for distance education for a long time, which IIMs, XLRI etc have started recently.
