DTU is one of the best Engineering colleges in INDIA and its below a few top NITs like TRICHY or WARANGAL but better then other NITs,

DCE is a very good college and is definitely better than most of the NIT but not better than the top 7 or 8 NITs.
As now DCE is not under DU thats why its value has decreased in last few years so it is better to opt. fot some good NITs.
