I think that you must go for BIT Patna as it is BIT Mesra extension centre Patna, you are going to get your degree from BIT Mesra itself which is a highly reputed college and is one of the top 15 engineering colleges in India. Your placements are also going to be done by BIT Mesra and its past years placements are dam good and it is even better than most of the lower ranked NITs.
