hello sir, i m realy confused. i m getting mechanical engineering in BIT mesra, ranchi and have been alloted EEE in DTU. i hope to get mechanical or CS in NIT trichy or warangal as well. n i hope that i may get mechanical in dtu as well. m realy consfused wht to take. + i m getting ceramic engineering in IT-BHU. so confused. so out of following choices wht should i choose considering that i m thinking of doing mba after my btech 1.DTU EEE 2.DTU mechanical 3.NIT trichy CS or mechanical 4.nit warangal CS or mechanical 5.BIT mesra, ranchi mechanical 6.IT-BHu ceramic engineering please help me getting over this confusion

preference order

1 nit trichy cs or mech

2 nit warangal cs or mech

3 DTU EEE

4 DTU mech

5 bit mesra, ranchi mech

6 IT BHU ceramic

 

but if you are a delhi student then prefer DTU

Hello Ankit ...

 

Don't go in IT BHU ...for ceramic

 

Not in BIT Mesra ...for Mech

 

DTU mechanical is very good ( but if u have interest in Mechanical) you can prefer DTU for mech and leaving all other colleges ..

But if you want to choose CS then go in NIT Trichy ..

 

So i would suggest you the following .

 

DTU (Mech) --->NIT Trichy (CS)----->NIT warangal (CS)

I request all candidates who had not get admission in 1st list at DTU, just go at www.dtuadmissions.nic.in, and check the list of seats vacant after 1st round. You will be pleassantly shocked that about 50% of the total seats are still vacant. Most surprising is that 56 out of total 73 seats of Delhi general category in CSE are vacant. Just chill u guys, 2nd list cutt off at DTU would be around 16000 and Delhi General Candidates with about 4250 raks would be getting CSE in 2nd list itself
