I have following Options

1. CHemical - IT BHU

2. CHemical - BITS - PILANi

3. ALmost all branches at New IITs and Older NITs

please suggest me the best option

BHU chemical is THE BEST option you have got

BHU(now an IIT) surely outclasses all other institutes you have mentioned including BITS- Pilani, im sure it ill come at par wth other old IITS(kanpur, madras) in a 3 year span.

dont miss your chance of having a core branch at a reputed IIT having established and reputed campus and faculty.
