I am sorry to say that its impossible for you to get into NIT TRICHY computer science because rank that are posed on ccb website are ALL INDIA RANKS for respective STATE QUOTAS  as you can read "ORCR is based on All India Rank Only" on the ccb website. therefore closing rank is 29970 AIR NOT state rank.
