Dear Sir,I have secured a rank such that i m qualifying for both IIT Bombay Civil n Delhi Civil..according to last year's cut-offs! i would like to know which is a better option...the civil eng dept at bombay is better or at delhi? n which has better placements? n which is also a better place to live in? kindly suggest me what i should choose..i am also an IIM aspirant!

Both delhi and mumbai are good places and both IITs are having excellent placements.
but in my opinion IIt DELHI is a better option.
